MBIYC owns and operates Clubhouse building located on leased property within the Middle Bass Island State Park marina. The MBIYC property is found on the southeast corner of the State Park marina.

The MBIYC House Policy sets forth the rules and regulations for the Clubhouse and Grounds.

The MBIYC Clubhouse and Grounds are available for use by MBIYC members, their guests and I-LYA affiliated members who are visiting the Club. All members may be required to provide proof of membership at any time on the Club property.

MBIYC maintains our Clubhouse and Ground through the volunteer efforts of our members.

ALL MEMBERS DESIRING TO FULFILL THEIR WORK REQUIREMENT SHOULD CONTACT THE HOUSE COMMITTEE via email at house@mbiyc.com. Please include the dates you will be at the Club and work duties will be assigned by the committee.
