I am a licensed Yacht Captain, in my retirement and I deliver yachts all over the Great Lakes and also back and forth to Florida.

I am proud to say that I helped to start Middle Bass Island Yacht Club and am one of the first one hundred members. We would come to Lonz Winery years ago when it was a great party place. We would anchor in the north basin among the weeds where no one could see us and party hearty. This year is my 75th birthday and I can't party as much anymore so I guess it is a good thing to belong to such a straight laced yacht club.
