Effective
July 7, 2003 a MANDATORY DOCK FEE of $15 per day/night applies to all Members
who are not seasonal dock holders for the use of docks with electricity
available. 7/5/03
MBIYC - The Board of Directors this weekend enacted a mandatory $15 per
day/night use fee for docks with electricity, effective 7/7/03. This was enacted
to cover expenses that have increased dramatically this year due to changes in
our lease with the State of Ohio. The fee is required for the use of any dock
with electricity available, regardless if overnight or not. The fee covers
dockage through the following morning at 10:00AM. "C" and
"N" dock are both still available for free without electric. The
fee does not apply to seasonal dock holders unless dock holders who are sharing
members of the same dock are present at the same time. In this case, the fee
does not apply to one of the dock holders. A
detailed explanation of the issues at hand will be presented in the next Club
newsletter. Thank
you for your understanding of the need to keep the Club’s finances in good
