MBIYC Club membership is an honor and a privilege. New members must be sponsored by a current member in good standing. You can download and print the Club Application here. Be sure to include a sponsor's signature. The Application is two pages. Be sure to include the second page when mailing the application to the Membership Chairman. Incomplete applications will be returned. For applications received during January 2009, new members must include payment for the initiation fee of $250 and the 2009 Dues of $200, plus tax for a total of $479.25. Applications after January 2009 must include payment prorated as detailed on the Membership Application form.
